This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools and embeds no third-party content. Fonts are not loaded from external servers. We process personal data only to the extent described below.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is served via GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit the website, GitHub processes technically necessary access data, in particular:

• the IP address of the requesting device,
• date and time of access,
• the page or file requested,
• the previously visited page (referrer),
• browser type and operating system.

This processing serves to deliver the website and to keep it secure and stable. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in providing the website securely and reliably.

4. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process your email address and the content of your message in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry is aimed at concluding a contract. We delete the data once it is no longer needed to handle your enquiry, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Emails to addresses at sublime-berlin.website are forwarded to our mailbox via the forwarding service of Namecheap, Inc., 4600 East Washington Street, Suite 300, Phoenix, AZ 85034, USA. The transfer to the USA is based on standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR).

5. Links to other websites

This website contains links to SoundCloud, Resident Advisor and Telegram. Data is only transferred to the respective provider once you click a link. From then on, that provider's privacy policy applies.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).
